How to import from Hevy

  1. In Hevy: export your workouts as a CSV from the app’s settings (the file starts with title,start_time,end_time,…).
  2. Open the CSV with Outrep (share sheet or “Open with”), or Settings → Import from Hevy / Strong and pick the file.
  3. Done. The summary reads “Hevy: N workouts, N sets, N new exercises”. Warm-up, drop and failure sets keep their type; RPE comes along; a pounds export is converted.

The full 60-second guide, including what is matched, what becomes a custom exercise and what is skipped on a re-import.
